Research Info: Pat's project focuses on characterizing a triculture model for studying neuroinflammation in the context of neurodegenerative diseases. He is particularly interested in applying RNA sequencing (RNA Seq) and separation methods to explore transcriptomic and metabolic aspects of the model.
